A website that wins quote requests for an American manufacturer

A new website for a veteran-owned custom thermoforming shop, built to turn equipment makers' searches into drawings, CAD files and quote requests.

The Plastech Vacuum Forming Inc. website homepage

Plastech Vacuum Forming has formed and trimmed custom plastic parts in Shiner, Texas, since 2001, for equipment makers across the country. All work is done in the U.S., and the company is veteran owned.

What they needed

Buyers of custom thermoformed parts search by process, material and industry. Plastech needed a site that answers those searches, shows real parts, and makes it easy to send a drawing or CAD file for a quote.

What we built

  • A fast, mobile-first site with pages for products, capabilities, industries, the company story and a FAQ
  • A quote request flow that accepts drawings and CAD files
  • A product gallery of formed parts
  • A staff login for managing the site
  • Search-ready structure: descriptive pages, structured data and clean URLs

The result

Plastech now has a site that matches the quality of its parts: clear about what the shop does, proud of where it does it, and built to bring in quote requests.
