Questions we hear often
- How many images do you need?
- Often a few hundred images of good parts and examples of each defect to start. We help you collect them, and the model improves as it sees more parts.
- Does it need the internet?
- No. Models can run on an edge computer at your station, so images never leave your building.
- Can it connect to our line?
- Yes. Results can go to a PLC, a stack light, a reject mechanism or your existing software.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the number of stations and how hard the defects are to see. We start with a short feasibility test on your images so you know it works before you commit.
